splendid hotel experience

the location was excellent, near many attractions. staff members were very helpful! i especially liked the free coffee and snacks available in the lobby, from 4 to 6 every day. the rooftop bar is lovely, i recommend it.
i found the room to be smaller than expected for the price, a little disappointing.

Arina from reception was so helpful and sweet. Ahmad from the staff helped with luggage to the rooms and recommended what to see. Sarah from the events team brought my dreams to life, they decorated the room beautifully for my proposal.
The drinking water in the rooms cost extra, I had to pay for it.

The location was superb. It made it easy to explore many nearby attractions. The breakfast selection had a great variety with healthy choices, a plus. I appreciated the support from Marketa, who assisted with reservations and gave great recommendations for restaurants.
